Each chewable tablet contains: 
Vitamin B-12 (Methylcobalamin) 1,000 mcg, 
in a base of natural black cherry flavoring. 

Methylcobalamin is the active form of Vitamin B12 
that is delivered much better to nerve tissues where 
it functions in accelerating transmethylation reactions 
in the manufacture of nucleic acids, neurotransmitters, 
and phospholipids. 

Other ingredients: 
Fructose, mannitol, cellulose, magnesium stearate, 
natural flavor.
