One softgel contains:
Coenzyme Q-10 (Ubiquinone)   100 mg
Gamma tocopherol   4 mg

Other Ingredients: 
Lecithin, medium chain glycerides (MCGs). 
Softgel consists of gelatin, glycerin and 
water. Carob extract added as a light barrier.

Contains: Soy.
