Ashwagandha 120 Capsules

Ashwagandha, also known as Indian ginseng, is indicated 
in Ayurveda as a daily rasayana, or anti-aging support. It 
is one of the most highly regarded and widely used 
Ayurvedic herbs and is believed to increase energy and 
overall health and longevity. It acts as an adaptogen and 
immune modulator, nourishing and strengthening the inner 
reserve of the human body. Ashwagandha literally means 
"to impart the strength of a horse". It supports brain function, 
and may aid in thyroid function. The key constituents of 
ashwagandha, withanoloids, play an important role in its 
ability to promote physical and mental health by reducing 
occasional stress, improving cognitive and brain function, 
enhancing immune system functions, and maintaining 
healthy lipid and glucose metabolism. Traditionally, 
ashwagandha is well recognized for its potentially 
positive impact on joint and tissue health. 
It has many uses, including promoting healthy sexual

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) ...500mg 
Withanoloides 7.5 mg

Other ingredients:
Vegetarian capsule ( cellulose, chlorophyll)

Milk, soy, egg, wheat free.

Suggested use:
1 capsule 2 times a day or as directed by your physician
