Sometimes known as ascorbic acid, vitamin C is a 
water-soluble vitamin found in such foods as citrus 
fruits, green and leafy vegetables, tomatoes and 
cauliflower. In addition to the formation of collagen, 
vitamin C is a key protector of the body from the 
ravages of potentially harmful free radicals, as well 
as an effective aid in maintaining a healthy immune 
system. The body cannot make or store vitamin C, 
so it must be replaced every day because much of 
it is washed out of the body daily through the kidneys. 


A non-acidic buffered form providing 1,000 mg. 
vitamin C with 115 mg. calcium in the form of calcium 
ascorbate.

Suggested use: 
As a dietary supplement, adults and children 12 or 
more years of age, 1 tablet daily or as directed by 
a health professional.
