5-HTP 50mg 30 Capsules

In the body, (5-hydroxytryptophan), is synthesized from 
tryptophan and is a precursor to the neurotransmitter 
serotonin. Serotonin is found in the brain, blood platelets, 
and cells of the gastrointestinal tract. Since serotonin is 
found in the brain and central nervous system it has many 
implications in cognition, mental health and sleep patterns. 
This product is an extract from a natural plant seed and not 
from fermented tryptophan.

One capsule contains:
L-5-hydroxy-tryptophan 
( Griffonia simplifolia seed)       50 mg

Other ingredients:
Rice flour. Capsule is made of plant cellulose. 

Contains no dairy, egg, peanut, tree nut, fish, shellfish, 
soy, wheat, gluten or yeast.

Suggested dose: 
Take 1-3 capsules daily or as directed by your practitioner.
