In order to comply with manufacturer regulations, specialty and prescription products now require

already been established. However, you must contact Customer Service in order to activate this account.
If you are not currently under direct care as defined below, yet have prescription or specialty items recommended

5% discount for orders $150.00 or over and 10% discount for orders $300.00 and over will be applied by our customer service department during processing.

While the need for unscheduled maintenance may occur, online shopping is typically
available 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.
|5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS|
NOTE: All international orders will be shipped via USPS International Air Mail. We do not use "Flat Rate" boxes due to the frequency of orders arriving damaged. Charges are determined by the weight of the package. Shipping prices do not appear in the order confirmation you will receive after placing your order. Please request a quote in box #4 on the checkout page so we can contact you before your order is processed. You may also email us. Email
After sending your quote we will need to hear from you within 48 hours to make changes to your order. Otherwise we will send out your package and you will be charged the quoted price for shipping.
We routinely charge for insurance which appears as "Handling" on your invoice. Charges vary depending on the dollar amount of the order but start at $2.45 for orders up to $50.00. If you do not wish to have your package insured, please indicate so in box #4 on the checkout page.
Due to a variety of international product restrictions, delay or additional difficulties are possible.
At this time, we are unable to ship to South Africa.
The Tahoma Clinic Dispensary has no control over international regulations.
Please contact your local governing agencies to inquire whether a product requires special consideration.

If you are currently practicing a specialty of service and wish to take advantage
of our Professional Account opportunities, please contact our Customer Service Department
for further information. Certain restrictions do apply. PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS OF THE PHYSICIAN. WE DO NOT DROP SHIP TO YOUR PATIENTS!

If you have any concerns about the products that you have received, please give us a call.
We will be happy to refund you for items purchased within 60 days, unopened and in the
original condition when purchased.
We cannot accept returns for special orders, prescription items, out-of-date and sale items,
books and refrigerated items.
Many of our customers buy products prescribed by their practitioner. Although we stand behind
our products, we cannot guarantee that the specific product is right for you. Please contact us if you wish to
return any item.
Orders placed within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, ship for $5.00 unless otherwise specified.
Method of shipping on all orders will be chosen by our shipping department and will be either
UPS, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail.
Please provide a P.O. Box number if mail is not delivered to your street address.
If you have a specific shipping request, please note this in Box #4 on the checkout page.
Shipping charges will be applied to all orders outside the U.S.A. All international orders will also be charged for insurance.

These charges will not appear in the order confirmation you will receive after placing your order, but will be charged at time of shipment.

NOTE: Normal delivery for UPS packages is Monday through Friday.
If you need delivery on a Saturday, you must specify this in the note section of the checkout page when placing your order.
There are extra charges for Saturday delivery and it is not available in all areas. We will contact you with a quote.

The Tahoma Clinic Dispensary is NOT responsible for typographical errors in customers name and /or shipping information.
If the package is delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it can accrue extra charges.
If you have difficulty entering in any necessary information, please call us toll-free: 888-893-6878 or leave us details in the notes section of your order. Orders containing items in need of refrigeration will not be shipped over a weekend during warm times.
Liquid items with potential for freezing will be sent Next Day delivery during colder months.
Additional shipping/handling fees will apply. We will use our best judgement when shipping your order to ensure best quality upon arrival.
Patients currently* under the direct care of a Tahoma Clinic Practitioner
are not charged WA State sales tax. This applies to supplement products only.
Food/drinks, books, and health/beauty products incur the current WA State
WA State residents not under direct care as defined below are charged the current
sales tax on all product sales.
Residents outside the state of Washington are not charged WA State sales tax.
Tahoma Clinic Dispensary's unique tax structure is not supported by current e-commerce software.
While standard tax rates may appear during check-out and on your online order confirmation,
rest assured, applicable benefit(s) will be deducted from your order total during manual invoicing.
